F4U Corsair Wing
I set out to design this AFTERMARKET PART in an effort to solve a number of problems. First, if you are anything like me, I cannot stand to have a finished model in an imperfect state. When I began assembly of the Corsair wing, out of the Hasigawa kit, I found that it came in 7 pieces, which left the appearance of a crack when fully assembled. I have heard a number of stories, from other modelers, indicating that they had the same issue and never completed the model. The product sets out to those modelers in completing the model. Second, it occurred to me that models like the F4U Corsair is not made for beginner modelers and I wanted to provide a solution to simplify the assembly for new modelers coming to the hobby.
